Freestanding bikes in the yard might be a logistical issue if you don't have a garage or shed. They topple over, obstruct, and appear messy in general. But you don't have to shell out a ton of cash for a customized bike rack. Take up a few used pallets instead.

You may create a bike rack that is equally as good as the previous one by assembling it. There will be some drilling and cutting involved, but if it ends up saving you money, it will be well worth the time. Additionally, you can paint the pallet to create yard décor.
